Molly Ringworm is a noise pop band based in the Atlantic City area of New Jersey.

Front woman Sarah Holt’s diaristic solo project started in 2015 has solidified into a full band with guitarist and cousin Johnny Zappas, bassist Andrew Simpson and drummer Michael Auble. The band pairs nuanced narratives with dynamic arrangements, and pop melodies with noisy chaos. 

Their debut album, Perfect Dog, is out October 24 on Kidokoro Records.
