Songs to stay inside to
Being stuck at home is harder than I thought.
To say that I miss my friends, family, coworkers, bandmates and partner would be an understatement. Focusing on work is difficult. But I’m staying positive by focusing on the rare free time I have on my hands. I’ve got plenty of things to keep me busy: recording demos, writing, reading, practicing guitar, making art, exercising (I’m gonna have a six pack by the time this is over), baking (might cancel out the six pack), school work, cleaning . . .
But I’m sick of being productive. Now more than ever I have to remind myself that it’s okay to sit back and watch all of Tiger King in one sitting, or deep listen to a favorite record locked in my bedroom.
Johnny, Andrew, Niko and I compiled this playlist of songs we’ve been listening to lately to help everyone take a breather, dance and maybe discover something new. Take a break from being productive and just listen to some music. Maybe you can call up your friends on Zoom and have a bedroom dance party. Or you could put on a pair of headphones and shut out the impending doom of the world for an hour.

Welcome!
Today my keep-busy-during-quarantine-task was creating this website (I do (still) have an essay to write for school so this is also a productive procrastination project). Mollyringwormnj.com is the new Ringworm hub. It’s sterile, I swear.
Niko had the genius idea of creating a blog page for the website and I couldn’t be any more enthusiastic about it! This was mentioned to me all of 5 minutes ago so I have little idea of what will be in store for you, dear reader. But I’m hoping this can be a place where the four of us (me, Johnny, Niko & Andrew) can share writing, artwork, photography, playlists and more, whether it be created by us or our amazing, talented friends. So stick around, follow our socials for updates on our lives, music and this blog, and stay tf inside!
Love,
Sarah
